Research and study of the market and customer needs from an aesthetic, social and cultural point of view. Starting from the study of trends through the analysis of colors and materials, with a main focus on customer buying habits. Analysis and study of the positioning and characteristics of the company with which we collaborate, focusing on the study of the company's product, which describe its distinctive features to ensure the creation of collections consistent with the company's history with the introduction of new products every season.

Collection development, creation and production

Development of a collection starting from the analysis of trends, colors and materials applying to the company's historian. Introducing new proposals in terms of yarn, construction and finishing processes for the creation of a complete collection of fabrics. On request we can also develop garments that enhance the characteristics of the fabrics that the company produces. Our office is responsible for organizing all the necessary steps for the research and production of the product, coordinating the entire production chain, supervising and searching for the most suitable suppliers for materials and good quality of the product.

Collection presentation and Commercial strategic

Revision of collections to guarantee the best possible product, as a result and combination of creativity, innovation and price. Constant support in troubleshooting (problem-solving) with the primary objective of combining and achieving the best levels of efficiency and effectiveness. Through the management and coordination of production and out-sourcing partnerships; constant follow-up to ensure a high level of service in compliance with delivery dates. Organization and management of meetings to anticipate collections to show to customers.

Teaching

Thanks to the experience through teaching in one of the most know high-school in Prato, ITIS BUZZI, a learning project in which we can teach the basis of textile industries, CAD utilizations and functions, office package skills, research and project building and presentation and much more.
